Drs Jack and Patti Phillips will deliver their full certification programme for ROI practitioners - the ROI Diploma - exclusively to those who have completed the Foundations Course provided by the Impact Measurement Centre in Ireland.
Participants will fully master all the skills to implement a comprehensive, on-going ROI initiative in their organisation. You’ll learn the skills to become certified in the ROI Methodology™ and you’ll learn how to sustain the measurement and evaluation process on a continued basis. You’ll also receive ongoing personalised coaching once the workshop has ended as you conduct an impact study. Once you’ve demonstrated competency in applying the methodology you will be certified.
The certification will allow you to deliver one day workshops on the ROI methodology in your own organisation (we will supply materials) and equip you with much sought after skills that will make you more credible and valuable in the role you fulfil.
You will also become a member of the ROI Institute, the leading source for research and case studies on the application of ROI around the world. This will give you access to a huge range of resources through the members area of the ROI website.
A comprehensive manual will be provided containing case studies, exercises and models, and copies of some of Dr Jack Phillip’s many books on ROI as well as the 2nd edition of his Return on Investment in Training and Performance Measurement Programs.
The experience of Irish and international companies already engaged in implementing the ROI model will be shared with participants and there will be ample opportunity for interaction with Drs Jack and Patti Phillips and Gerry Doyle who is the ROI Institute partner in Ireland.
